Return & Exchange

We are happy to accept exchanges for different sizes on all items except knickers due to hygiene reasons. Please notice we cannot guarantee the item of your size will be in stock once we receive your return. If you preferred not to wait for restocking, we more than happy to offer you Store credit (less the cost of shipping) which you can use to purchase different style online.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or an incorrect selection of size. However, we are more than happy to issue you store credits if the item is deemed faulty under the Australian Consumer Law. 爱心素材.png

Conditions for exchanges:

Returned items must be in its original condition, unworn, unused and unwashed with all original tags attached.

No marks, perfume, stain.

All items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving them. If not, Items will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged subject to the Australian Consumer Law.

The cost of shipping is at the customers expense and is non-refundable.

Parcels returned to sender

All parcels that returned to sender by the postal carrier are issued to store credit less the cost of shipment (calculated on return).

The process: 

  • Notify us your reasons and request at info@dayandnightbras.com.au (All sales are final after 14 days). 

  • Upon receiving our address you will need to send the parcel to our Sydney studio, we highly recommend a tracking number as we can't be held responsible if your precious parcel goes missing.

  • Once we have received your parcel we will send you an email to arrange your exchange.
